Purpose, vision, direction, intention... "If you don't know where you're going, then any road will get you there." Get a clear vision of where you ARE going. Write it down (only 3% of people in the world write down their goals). Then post a picture of the envisioned, accomplished intention, and look at it every day-- that'll put your plan on "steroids."
