Significant progress with the Peace Council at Hays State Prison. Each week we have begun meeting with the inmate leaders for a "round table discussion." This week we created a practical way for gang leaders to stop attacks before they happen, and we are also discussing ways to provide incentives for inmates that engage in the Peace Movement.
